Dr. Worthington is a native of South Georgia.  He is an Eagle Scout, and as a young man lived abroad for several years as a volunteer doing humanity work in Asia and the Pacific Rim.  Returning to South Georgia he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Valdosta State University, and was an Honor Graduate from the Medical College of Georgia.  While at the Medical College he completed an honors internship in Oral Medicine.

A member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Georgia Dental Association, and the American Orthodontic Society, Dr. Worthington has extensive post doctorate training and experiences, all to insure that you and your family receive the best that modern dentistry has to offer.  He is also on Staff at South Georgia Medical Center, with many years of experience performing hospital dentistry on more advanced cases.
